SOUDAFLEX JGS
Soudaflex JGS is a high quality, elastic, one component polyurethane joint sealant with excellent chemical resistance. Perfect for joint sealing in silos or tanks of liquid manure and biogas. Very good adhesion on many materials, Resistant to liquid manure (tested according to DIN 11622-2).
Watertight and excellent weather- and chemical resistance
Very easy to apply, Permanently elastic after curing. Excellent resistance to UV radiation.
HYTECH SILAGE WALL COATING
Hytech Silage Pit Wall Coating, a heavy duty twin pack resin system ideal for protection of concrete.
Used in areas such as silage pits, bunds etc. Hytech Silage Pit Wall Coating is a solvent free high build coating based on a special mixture of high strength chemical resistant urethanes.
When cured it leaves a hard flexible coating for concrete and metals. Holds a high resistance to abrasion and chemical attack against acid and alkalis, oils, salt water etc.
Q/SEAL WALL & FLOOR PROTECTIVE COATING
Q/Seal Wall & Floor Protective Coating is used for sealing concrete to increase wear and chemical resistance. Widely used in silage pits, slurry tanks, garages, warehouses, chemical stores etc. Resistant to silage effluent and other chemical attacks, Q/Seal Wall & Floor Protective Coating trebles the abrasion resistance of concrete. Easy to clean coating in a transparent brown colour.
Q/POL HIGH STRENGTH SCREED ADDITIVE
Q/Pol High Strength Screed Additive gives major improvement in durability and overall strength to cement based mixes.
Used as concrete floor repair and resurfacing in silage pits, passageways etc. Mixes incorporating Q/Pol High Strength Screed Additive will allow foot traffic after 24 hours and heavy traffic after 10 days.
Using the addition of Q/Pol as recommended leads to a faster initial setting of cement mixes and earlier final cure.
Q/EXPAND POURABLE JOINT SEALANT
Q/Expand Pourable joint sealant, specifically developed to provide a flexible but durable, chemically resistant joint. Suitable for concrete, felt, metal and other materials. Flexible, but with high chemical resistance and strength. Easy to pour and simple to use.
Quattro repair compounds absorb the movement of concrete joints to remain intact where harder compounds may become brittle or softer poly-sulphides are destroyed with heavy trafficking. Addition of flexible polymers means repairs are able to wear at an equal rate to its surroundings.
