We all ready know the benefits of rubber stable mats from the added warmth and comfort they create, extra grip, less bedding and the added insulation mats add to your stable. But which mat profile is best for your horse?

Every horse is different that is why we stock several different types of rubber stable mats. Your horse may be prone to laminitis or be an older horse with arthritis issues and requires the extra comfort of the 25mm comfort mat or you could have a box walker horse or a that tends to stand and paw, requiring a firmer high density might like the Quattromat or any of the 22mm rubber stable mats.

Our original and best selling mat is the Supermat it has been known to last 20+ years once bonded and sealed into stables. It has all the common benefits of rubber stable mats and is easy to sweep.

For the ultimate protection and comfort in your stable we fit Quattrosoft Eva mats to the walls. Our mats create a safe and insulated environment for your horse. We can fit these mats to 1.2 metres, 1.8m metres or 2.4m metres high and fix using 20 fixing and nylon washers per mat.

Please be aware we do not use black snap caps as we found these can break and become a choking hazard for your horse.

To finish the look and protect the Eva mats from being chewed we finish the wall with Hardwood Capping fixed to the walls not glued. We also fit the capping down the sides of doorways and don’t take the matting into the doorway recess.

Equine Sportsroll is our most popular rubber surface for Stable Barn Passageways & Veterinary Hospitals. Sportsroll is 10mm thick and is very durable and has excellent grip for areas where horses walk but is also easier to keep clean and sweep than rubber mats due to the surface being flat. The surface can also be sealed using our Q/Seal resin to make it even easier to keep clean, but, this does reduce grip.

Due to the addition of 10% coloured EPDM rubber to the black roll, it gives a very colourful aesthetically pleasing finish.

Equine Walkway Rubber Rolls are bonded to the subbase using our Superflex Membrane resin. PVC edging strips are available for doorways and up to drains.
