Quattro’s 25mm Thick RUBBER COMFORT COW MATS have a honeycomb underside that provides extra softness and comfort that in turn protects hocks when lying down and rising. No more swollen hocks, joints and knees.

Rubber comfort cow mats have an easy to clean low profile that will keep cows cleaner and drier with a minimal amount of bedding. Comfort and insulation helps to promote blood flow to udder and teats.

Our Rubber Comfort Cow Mats are a minimum tensile strength of 4Mpa and made from top quality rubber to produce a strong durable mat.

Prevent slipping and lameness with our high grip slat rubber. At Quattro we offer a bespoke fitting service, mats are cut exactly to your pen and slat size resulting in no silly toe space cuts. We use our highest quality rubber mat “The Diamond Beast Mat” specially designed with cows in mind giving you and your cattle confidence & better welfare.

The Diamond Beast Mat does not become smooth & slippery as some of the pre-made slats can.

Our bespoke on site fitted Slat Mats are designed and cut on site to fit perfectly over existing concrete slats so they won’t block the slats, keeping cows cleaner and in turn reducing ammonia emissions compared to pre-made slat mats with bungs that can overhang the slat holes.

22mm 8MPa Diamond Beast Interlocking Mat

The Diamond Beast Mat is our strongest and most popular parlour matting. These mats are manufactured at a very high tensile strength of 8Mpa and the Diamond surface is extremely grippy for cows but is easy to keep clean. These mats fix down very tight to the floor so very little gets underneath the mats to be unhygienic.

The Diamond Beast Mats can be fitted by Quattro’s fitting teams or can be supplied for self fitting with all the fixings.

22mm 5Mpa Diamond Beast Mat (Straight Edged)

The 22mm thick Straight Edged Diamond Mats at a tensile strength of 5Mpa are a lower cost option but still a very strong rubber mat. The surface profile is the same as the Diamond Beast Mat so still the same high grip surface.

22mm 6Mpa Grip Top Interlocking Tiles 

The 22mm Grip Top Tiles are 1m x 1m with Interlocking Edges so easier to handle and fit than the Diamond Beast Mats. These tiles are also great for ramps or slopes around the farm

Parlour Pit Tiles: 20mm Parloursoft

For the Parlour Pit we supply and can also fit our Parloursoft Tiles which are available in 20mm thick and Blue & Green in colour. These tiles interlock together very tightly so very little can get underneath them. They give comfort to walk and stand on and will withstand most chemicals in the pit.
