Delivery Information
Standard delivery is a 2-5 working day service, with deliveries taking place between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays.
Delivery can be upgraded to a next working day service.
To view delivery costs, simply add the items that you require to your basket to then you will be able to see the delivery costs in real-time within your basket.
Please note that delivery on mats will be on large pallets and is to the kerbside only. You must make arrangements to offload. If a tail lift is required, this can be added during checkout.
For pallet deliveries we will contact you before dispatching your goods to arrange delivery. If you require any additional delivery requirements at this point payment can be taken over the phone.

Refunds & Returns
We strive to offer the best possible services and the best quality products, and hope that all of our products arrive in perfect condition. We appreciate that occasionally you may wish to return items; please find our returns policy detailed below:
You are able to return your order for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please contact us if you wish to return your order. Returned items must be returned in their original, un-used condition. All returned items are inspected on their return to us, after which your refund is processed; this can take 3-5 working days to show in your account. We endeavour to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt of the returned order.
Should a product be faulty, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange it for you. If you receive any item that is faulty or defective, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a refund or replacement.
